Getting started
The following changes can be made to a purchase card:
- Transaction and monthly expenditure limits
- Deactivation of system profile
- Change of name on card and EMS profile
- Replacement card (for lost, stolen or compromised cards)
- Cancellation of card.
How to
Modify or cancel a Purchase Card
All requests must be signed off by the appropriate delegate
- Log your request by selecting Business Systems or your Agency
- Select and complete required form
- Click on email link to submit your request
