Account Payment performance

Introduction

The SA Government is committed to being open and transparent about its payment performance  

Account Payment performance is reported for all Government Agencies indicated as ‘Invoice Enquiries to Shared Services SA’ (refer SA Government agencies)

The performance is reported on the following 4 categories as from 1 March 2023:

• Invoices paid within 15 calendar days;
• Invoices paid within 16 to 30 calendar days;
• Invoices paid within 31 to 60 calendar days; and
• Invoices paid greater than 60 calendar days.

Prior to 1 March 2023 the performance was reported on the following 4 categories:

• Invoices paid within 20 calendar days;
• Invoices paid within 21 to 30 calendar days;
• Invoices paid within 31 to 60 calendar days; and
• Invoices paid greater than 60 calendar days.

Reporting is collated by the volume and value of invoices paid.
