End User Test - HR Forms
Introduction
The main goal of end-user testing is to uncover usability issues including how the forms behave when you access them.
Thank you for undertaking usability testing for the (problematic) HR Forms. The browsers you use impact how the forms behave. The browser matrix allows us to target browser related issues. Please test both the HR01 and HR02 forms from your sector (SA Health | Shared Sector)
About Usability Testing
The advantages of undertaking usability testing:
- End user testing allows us to understanding your experience
- Derives insights and real-time feedback about the HR forms
- The forms are opened in your environment, giving first-hand information on how the forms 'behave'
- Facilitates and validates issues
- Identifies improvements required
The aim of testing is to establish how you are able to accomplish typical tasks using the HR Forms under controlled conditions.
